Everything worked well with Microsoft Hohm. Since trying to switch to PlottWatt, I have not been able to connect to my router. The Wireless device will have a solid red light when I push the reset button. After awhile it goes out. The Verizon router uses WEP security and is working well with the computer. I have downloaded the latest updates and the PlottWatt setup wizard program. The outside sending unit and inside monitor still work well. Any ideas?

Hello PilotMD – I believe you were able to get PlotWatt configured correct? Is the WiFi gateway LED solid green with a red flash every 30 seconds? (+ flicker/dulling of the green?)

The red flash every ~30 seconds is the sensor transmission being received by the Gateway.

The flicker/dulling is the Gateway then transmitting to the router.
