I just had the 28000 installed by a contractor. All I get are 0s. I did reset the sensor and the reader, but I still get 0s. The time and temp. are correct. My meter is a Type 1 Westinghouse. I would appreciate any and all help.

Hello, hopefully I can help from here.
As you mentioned the temperature being correct and the top line being zeros means they are comunicating, but:
a)the sensor is not picking up the disk rotation or
b)the kh or rates are set incorrectly

A few questions that could help determine what is happening are:
1)Is the disk clearly visible?
2)In the display what is the rate set to?
3)Is the kw changing, but not the $?

If you want to send a picture to support@bluelineinnovations.com that may be helpful as well.
