Defective Product

Unless otherwise specified, Blue Line Innovations will gladly accept defective products within one year of original invoice date. At Blue Line Innovations' sole discretion, we will ship a replacement product, ship an exchange product or we may repair the item and return it to you.

Non-Defective Product

Non-defective items may, at Blue Line Innovations' sole discretion, be accepted for credit or refund within 30 days of the original invoice date. Non-defective products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in original packaging. All returned items will be tested and inspected upon receipt. Any discrepancies may result in the package being returned to the customer and credit or refund denied.

To Arrange for a Return

Please call Blue Line Customer Service (1 866-607-2583) for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers will expire after 14 days. Any return we receive without an RA number may be documented and returned to you.
