By applying his engineering training and experience in the industry to every aspect of his daily activities, Tim has proven over his 5 years with Blue Line that there is nothing perseverance and determination cannot solve. Tim has been intimately involved with all the major Blue Line deployments to date whether it be in Product Development, Sales & Marketing, or Operational capacities.

Bringing to the table over 10 years of project management, operations, and customer service experience from industries such as Utilities, Telecommunications, Pulp and Paper, and Radio Frequency Identification; Tim is uniquely positioned to manage a wide ranging set of Customer Service issues. In addition, Tim manages direct operations for Blue Line's call centers, web developers, logistical/distribution centers, and manufacturers to ensure smooth and seamless delivery from start to finish.
